REVIEWS - Keep getting my reviews declined for the same film...

I know this can happen for movies with controversial material or touchy subjects because of the use of some key words but I didn't expect to get 4 consecutive reviews  getting declined for a film like "Around the World in 80 Days" and I'd like to know why, which guidelines weren't met?

I  published that one: # 210311-170043-167304 and it's still pending but I have a bad feeling about it, I feel like there's an element of the review that is more problematic than I figured but I sincerely can't pinpoint it.
