Reviews being deleted after weeks of being validated and published.

On multiple occasions, reviews that I made in the past are getting canceled with reason "not specified".

Mind you, those are reviews that are following the guidelines and are passing the initial validation.

Happened few times in the past 2 months, some times for the exact same content. review > validation done > removal after weeks > re-post > validation done > removal after weeks

In order for our staff to investigate, can you post the 18-digit submission reference numbers associated with the User Reviews submissions/re-submissions?

@Michelle here are some examples, mind you, all of them were validated, posted and afterwards deleted without any justification / reasoning.

Concerning these User Review updates:

220106-003846-775304: This review was declined because a portion of the review content was in violation of our guidelines.

211217-004233-951404: This review was removed as it did not meet our guidelines.

211203-234526-663104, 211028-212346-129504 & 211121-002452-597204: This review has been reinstated and should be live on the site shortly.

211121-001303-215904: This review was declined because a portion of the review content was in violation of our guidelines.

211118-122626-915004: This review has been reinstated and should be live on the site shortly.

For the User Reviews that were in violation of or did not meet our User Review criteria, I encourage you to review our User Review guidelines and resubmit.

I've published this post not to reinstate the reviews, but to understand why are you removing them after validation without any "reason" or justification. Especially now, that you've said that most of them will be reinstated - meaning they didn't break any guidelines.

Can you explain why? Can you assure me that it will not happen again in the future with the same reviews that you've "reinstated" and others?

All the reviews you mentioned above were reported for removal as being non-compliant with our guidelines. As noted above, some of these reviews were in violation and removed, while others were compliant and incorrectly removed.

To help prevent any future removals of your reviews, I would just encourage you to first review the current User Review guidelines to ensure that all your reviews are compliant. going forward.

@Michelle ok, but you didn't even try explaining my case (completely avoided the question). since you've planned to reinstate most of the reviews - they were in line with the guidelines. meaning your encouragement to "review the current user review guidelines" wouldn't help me to prevent the same exact cases of false deletion without justification, even in theory.

also, your answer didn't address the "lack of justification" within those deletions.

also, since my last comment, 2 more of my reviews were deleted without any reason.

like this #220116-170537-813604 - 100% following the guidelines.

like this #211207-224201-421804 - 100% following the guidelines.

can you please just tell me if users can be assured that their content will not be deleted without any reason or not?
