Solved

Review went missing

My review for Wakanda was posted on January 5th 2023....I didn't like the movie.

I thought it was racist and stereotyping...and said so in my review.

The review went missing.

Also....many of my other reviews are suddenly gone as well.

I tend to use a lot of  CAPS and 'special characters'.

What gives?

Does anyone have feedback.

I like to look back at my reviews to see the 'likes' / 'dislikes'

so I can focus on what reviews are most likely to be read and what to include.

"I tend to use a lot of  CAPS and 'special characters'."

I'd start with changing that habit, perhaps?

Hi @templescroll -

Can you give us your 18-digit submission reference so we can check on the review?

Thanks!

@Bethanny Not sure where that 18 digit submission would be? Perhaps this is it: I didn't get an email from IMDB regarding the post or my missing posts for years ago : /

okay...here ya go Bethany.

https://www.imdb.com/user/ur54391186/?ref_=nv_usr_prof_2

My IMDB (not PRO) reviews page only shows I have one review I made in 2019.

I should have 12 reviews as far back as 2010.

Thank you.

@templescroll I have reinstated some of the reviews since they were good reviews. For the rest of them they either include comments that violate our guidelines or do not focus on the content of the title, reason why they were deleted.

Thanks!

ohhh, okay great.

I'll read my reviews you 'approved/reposted' so I can see what is right.

Thankyou for looking into this.
