Review unavailable, yet appearing as "approved"

My subject explains itself. I posted a review (as I often do for fun) on May 12th. Afterward, it was "approved" but not available to view on my page, I heard it might be delayed. I waited for a few days, a few days turned into the date today, May 25th. I tried starting from scratch and writing a completely different one, yet it was declined for being a "duplicate". What can I do to fix it--for future reference and for this review to go through? The number is #260512-092354-149621
