Review Submitted but no Confirmation E-Mail
Hello,
I regularly submit reviews on IMDb, sometimes they're published almost instantly, sometimes it takes a few hours / days but that's the first time I don't even get a confirmation e-mail with the update receipt number after submitting it.
Which explains why my review didn't get published after three hours (the content was pretty safe, it was "Oliver!", the musical), I submitted it again but no e-mail.
First time it happened in 10 years of reviewing, I still have my receipt of yesterday's review.

I'm having the same issue with a review I wrote around the same time. I always copy and paste my review so I put it on notepad to try later which I just did. I'm still having an issue.

We are experiencing a temporary delay in submissions being processed due to a software upgrade. The team are actively working on it. I'll keep you posted.

Hi,
The software upgrade has been completed, and as you have seen, things are back to normal.
The team are aware there are instances of multiple items having been submitted, and are taking that into account as they work through the backlog of items.
