Review still Pending

I posted a movie review on August 6 that was posted to be reviewed by August 7. I have posted a few other reviews since then that have all been accpeted. The one in questions is still pending. Is there a way to find out what the problem is?

Yes, it was just approved. This one took days to be approved. Others take minutes. I wonder why?

@Edith - Depending on several factors, some submissions might take longer to be processed than others which is why you might not see the changes immediately.
