Review declined

I have submitted reviews of two films with similar subjects (Nazi invasion of two European countries and their treatment of Jewish citizens) and one was declined. I re-submitted it with a few alterations and then submitted one for the second film. Both reviews have remained as pending while other reviews of mine were posted right away. I am including the submission numbers below, but am inquiring why a review of a film dealing with controversial  historical situations would cause a decline simply by using necessary words describing the film, in this case Jews, Holocaust and Nazi's. My reviews covered only the basic plot and didn't contain anything anti-Semitic or pro-Nazi. The only times I have had reviews declined have been for films that dealt with racism. One was declined ('The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman") but editors approved it as is when I inquired here why. The issue of unjustified declines needs to be addressed with staff, especially when board monitors here see nothing wrong. 211205-190801-219504 211206-014127-576204
