Review declined incorrectly

I was reading reviews for the movie Fuze (title/tt31189814). I saw that someone else's review had spoilers without a warning, so I reported it. That report is pending.

Then I submitted my own review and it was declined because:"The item you have submitted is exactly the same as a submission that you or another user have already entered, which is still pending review by our staff."

This is completely incorrect. I only submitted it once.

Then I tried submitting it again hoping whoever reviewed it this time knows what they are doing. But it was declined again for the same reason.

Can you please tell whoever is declining my reviews to pay attention. My other submission was not a review.

I don't mean to be rude, but this is so frustrating and easily avoidable if you use common sense.
