response to submission never seen before, is confusing
After a decade and thousands of submissions of various types, I have seen a
response that I've never seen before, which is confusing and seems to contradict
itself.
for a Title Text Deletion (no.220723-233038-71200) I received the response "Needs Attention"
at the top of the page, and "badly formatted . . . We were unable to approve this contribution."
My reason for requesting the removal of "Nancy from Naples" as an alternative title for
"50 Million Frenchmen" was:
This working title was for "Oh Sailor Behave!" (1930) a year earlier, not "50 Million Frenchmen". (Naples had nothing to do with the plot nor characters, as everything happened in Paris.) Source: Exhibitors Daily Review and Motion Pictures Today (Tuesday, July 15, 1930) - https://archive.org/stream/exhibitorsdailyr28unse/exhibitorsdailyr28unse_djvu.txt
[Note that "Nancy from Naples" is ALREADY listed as a working title for "Oh Sailor Behave!", as it
should be.}
I assume the "We" who were "unable to approve" is your small army of Bots. I trust a human
wouldn't have made this mistake.

Who do you have to . . . ingratiate . . . to get a response to this problem? I've been waiting for several weeks already. I'd like IMDb staff to provide a solution, or at least an explanation. Please.

Hi gerald_jones_phd -
The alternate incorrect working title has now been removed form "50 Million Frenchmen (1931)".
Cheers!
