Re-Release of a TV series in the same country

On this same topic I have "spotted" an inconsistancy/possible mistake.

If this TV series was first released in the U.K. on March 14, 2021, how could this series be released on that same day in Spain?

Could you trace the submission relating to the 2021 Spain release, on internet, and check which evidence for verification was given at the time?

If the 2021 Spain date is correct should it be stated that the release was in English (original version)? I doubt that ITV released this series in 2021 with Spanish dubbing in Spain.

• The only verifiable supporting evidence is Atresmedia stating that the series premieres this August 2026 on its TV channel (hence I was asking if you could verified on the corresponding 2021submission what exactly was the proof provided.
• This series premiered on Atresmediaplayer, (VOD platform), for Premium membership members one week before the TV release. Which date should be submitted or both of them with corresponding attributes?
