Request to review rejected release date correction — #260812-233622-010000

Hi, I'm requesting a review of contribution #260812-233622-010000, which was rejected for "not meeting contribution guidelines." The correction concerns the release date of Roots of an Olive Tree (IMDb title tt39176738), which is currently listed as 2025. The 2025 date comes from a senior thesis screening at the University of Florida. This was a university student thesis screening attended by students, faculty, and some students' parents/friends. It was not a general-public film screening or festival. The film's first screening open to the general public was at the 2026 Orange & Blue Film Festival at the University of Florida on April 12, 2026. I'm therefore asking that the 2025 date be removed and the 2026 festival screening be treated as the film's first public release. Could an IMDb staff member please review whether the 2025 university thesis screening qualifies as a public release under IMDb's release-date guidelines? Thank you.
