Request for Removal of Non-Notable and Inaccurate IMDb Name Page
Hello IMDb Staff,
I am requesting a review and removal of the following IMDb page:

This page contains my personal identity information, but I did not authorize the creation of this profile.
The profile itself contains contradictory identity information. The page title displays someone else's name, while the biography section shows my real full name. These two identities do not match, making it unclear who the profile is actually intended to represent.
Because of this contradiction, the page is inaccurate and misleading. It appears in search results associated with me and creates confusion regarding my identity.
I understand IMDb’s policy of maintaining accurate and factual information. However, in this case the profile contains conflicting identity information and does not accurately represent a single identifiable individual.
For these reasons, I respectfully request that the page be reviewed for removal rather than correction.
I am willing to provide proof of identity if necessary.

Sanjan: For clarity, are you indeed Sanjana Nuwan Bandara, and did you indeed work on the music videos "Don't Kill My Vibe" and "Don't Ask me to Play It Softly", as director, editor, producer, appearing as yourself, and/or writer?
If so, it seems like the most appropriate thing to do would be to do a Name Change for the page at https://www.imdb.com/name/nm14266085/ to Sanjana Nuwan Bandara, which would get rid of the name "Juwan Gundara" on that page.
