Request for Guidance on Adding Accurate Production Credits for Our U.S.-Based Company

Hello, I hope you are doing well. We would like to kindly ask for your guidance regarding the correct way to list the projects under our U.S.–based production company. At an earlier stage, when the company was still operating from Greece and we did not yet have an official website, some of our projects were mistakenly perceived as inauthentic, even though they were legitimate. This happened mainly because one of our key collaborators was working as a “ghostwriter” from 2008 to 2022 in the Greek TV, and was therefore not publicly visible. We would like to clarify everything properly and ensure that all credits are accurate and fully compliant with IMDb’s guidelines. If it is not possible to add someone who previously worked anonymously, we would be grateful if you could help us list their actual roles (writer, script producer, director of most episodes, etc.) in a way that meets IMDb’s policies. At the moment, this person is actively writing the scripts, producing them, and directing the majority of our upcoming projects, and we want their work to be properly reflected. We are more than happy to provide any documentation or verification you may need regarding our company, our projects, and our team. We have already secured an aggregator and our full sound & music team; we are now finalizing our budget and would like to ensure IMDb accurately shows the project credits and cast as soon as possible. The only credit currently visible is Mr. Ganosis (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm12900149/) but we would like to correctly add the real projects of ours that have already been rejected. If you could assist us or guide us to the correct procedure, we would sincerely appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your time and for any help you can offer.
