Due to technical limitations, submission reloading is not supported for this data type. A new submission will need to be made, this is where you can provide the evidence to support the information you are contributing.

To provide evidence with your new submission, you will see there is a box you can tick that is labelled "Provide an explanation to assist in processing this submission". Once clicked, a field in the contribution form will appear, you can attach links to suitable evidence to verify the information you are trying to contribute here.

I believe this could be because you are attempting to make the contribution via your IMDbPro page. To view the contribution form mentioned above which will permit you to provide evidence, you will need to edit your name page via IMDb.com. From there, you will see an "edit page" button which will take you to a page which will look like the images I've attached below. In the second image you will see the tick box referred to earlier.
