Reporting Bot Ratings

Hello, I have searched and don't know where to report this -- a small indie film I worked on got upwards of 80+ negative reviews overnight and tanked our rating (all 1 and 2 stars). None of them are listed in the demographics when we look at the data, and given how many and how quickly they all appeared at once, we suspect these are bots. As a small movie, this is very disappointing as we try our best to get the word out about the film and work hard for real ratings, reviews and eyes on the project. Where do I report this? Can anything be done? Thank you.
