“Report this” in the Trivia section needs a “Series spoiler” option

Sometimes an item on the Trivia page for an episode can contain spoilers about events later on in the series, like “When this person does that it foreshadows his dead three episode hence.” Even if the item is place in the spoiler section of the episode’s Trivia page it ruins one’s enjoyment/surprise, when the spoiled event happens in that later episode.
I have sometimes been able to get such spoilers removed by refrasing the text, ei “When this person does that it foreshadows events later in the series.” or by reporting the item as “Inappropriate” but this does not always get approved or it is not possible to refrase the text.
If a “Series spoiler” option was added, items reported thus could be moved to the series’ Trivia page instead of that of the episode.
