Repeated declines on legitimate credit corrections - need manual staff review

I'm the credited party (Charlie Drew, nm12550017) disputing incorrect Composer/Music Department credits across 8 titles, all small self-produced "Ali Jacko" music videos from 2018–2019. My name does not appear anywhere in these videos' actual on-screen end credits — it was mistakenly added, and the production company (GAMusic) has confirmed internally that this happened because someone used a "Duplicate" function on a previous title's credit list, carrying my name across to titles I had no involvement with.

I've submitted multiple Delete and Correct requests on one of these (You Are The Reason, tt10136258) and all have been declined as "Unable to verify," or are stuck in Pending well past the estimated processing date. Per your own help article ("How can I submit additional verification for a credit submission?"), the only valid evidence for a credited role is a screen capture of the on-screen credit roll - but since my name was never on-screen to begin with, no such screen capture can exist, and I'd argue the original entries were never properly verified against that standard either.
