Repeated "Badly Formatted" rejection when updating Mini Biography despite following guidelines

We have been trying to update actress Antonella Saldicco's Mini Biography and have now received repeated "Badly Formatted" rejections despite carefully following IMDb's mini-bio guidelines.

Current biography on IMDb:

Was born in Miami, USA in 1986. The oldest daughter of Argentine parents. In 1999 her family moved to Heidelberg, Germany were she went to high school. Started her drama school in 2007 in Buenos Aires, Argentina were she developed as an actress in different roles.

In 2012 she got the main role in the first she worked at directed by Tim Chey, called "Final".

Proposed updated biography:

Antonella Saldicco is an actress and writer from the United States who was raised in Heidelberg, Germany. She later moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina to pursue acting and studied at the National University of the Arts. She continued her training with Federico León, Nora Moseinco and Maricel Álvarez, and in 2016 earned a Goethe-Institut scholarship to attend the Berliner Festspiele in Berlin, where she trained under director Akira Takayama. Alongside acting, she studied creative writing and film. Her work in film includes La muerte no existe y el amor tampoco, Nuestros días más felices, León and El método Tangalanga. In 2021 she published her first novel.

We have:

  • followed the English and third-person requirements
  • kept the biography chronological
  • submitted plain text
  • avoided URLs and personal quotes
  • used the separate author field correctly
  • revised and shortened the text multiple times

The submission continues to be declined only with the message:

"Reason: Badly Formatted. Your contribution did not meet our formatting standards."

Could an IMDb staff member or experienced contributor help identify what specifically is considered badly formatted here? We would appreciate guidance so the biography can be updated accurately.

@antonellasaldicco - Hi! After reviewing, we can see that the bio had an email/URL which this can go on the External Sites section and not on the bio.

We have re-submitted on your behalf with that minor correction and the changes will be live shortly.

@Maya, thank you so much! Do you mean the author section? We set the website URL there, following another profile's bio, which had it, but can live without it if it makes the bio work (plus, we've already added the URL to External Links just like you said). Thanks again!
