re-numbering episodes declined

I had an issue with episodes of Series 8 of Hudson & Rex needing to be re-numbering as the broadcast order had been changed. I re-submitted edits to change an episode from 8.7 to 8.8 and also create a new 8.7. Part of the edits were accepted but the number changes were declined. One as not being able to verify, the other not meeting formatting standards, even although it looked the same as previous accepted edits. The 2 submissions are:- #251022-023136-122000 - to change the existing 8.7 to 8.8. #251022-024607-308000 - to amend a new episode to 8.7. I included a screenshot of a tv listing, with the website address, to show the episode titles and numbers. Hopefully someone from admin can help sort things out.
