Rent-or-Buy Services as Distributors
When a film arrives on PVOD services such as Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, or Fandango at Home, although they are not available at no additional cost to their streaming service's subscribers, should they still receive a distributor credit on a movie's IMDb page?

Yes, regardless if the service has a membership or not, it is eligible to be listed as they are distributing the title. One impotant thing to know is that they must, however, have the respective attributes.
