Removing titles

Hello, there are a lot of titles listed on this site which shouldn't be, as they are audio dramas. A few examples...

Graceless (TV Series 2010– ) - IMDb

Doctor Who: Stranded (Podcast Series 2020–2022) - IMDb

The Further Adventures of Lucie Miller (TV Mini Series 2019– ) - IMDb

Doctor Who: The Monthly Adventures (TV Series 1999–2021) - IMDb

I can't see a way to report these titles or have them removed (or at the very least correctly identify them as audio series, though as far as I am aware IMDB doesn't cover audio drama.)

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Hi Sandy, thanks for your reply. That may be the case for some of them, but most of them just have details of the audio dramas in question, with no mention of podcast host or other details which would mark them out as covering a podcast.

I didn't find a definition of Podcast on these pages, but maybe I skimmed over it. Here's a Google result, which doesn't rule out dramas:

pod·cast /ˈpädˌkast/

a digital audio file made available on the internet for downloading to a computer or mobile device, typically available as a series, new  installments of which can be received by subscribers automatically.

To help clarify the distinction further, where a radio show has been re-released or released in parallel as a podcast, it is widely available for fans to enjoy via podcast listening services. Even after its air date, it will be permanently available for fans to listen to. Whereas radio shows, that are not available in podcast format, are purely historical and can only be listened to by individuals who recorded them off the radio when they originally aired. Due to the difficulty in validating credits for historical radio shows and given it is not possible for the majority of people to listen to them, we do not allow them, since we cannot ensure the high standard of data validation that our customers expect.

No mention of drama not being eligible...?

@bderoes Thank you. I do feel that muddies the waters somewhat. If a podcast is eligible because it's permanently available, then surely a radio drama released on CD should be too? Neither are motion pictures so seem out of place here, but that's not my place to decide, obviously.

@Crom Hey!

If the titles are podcasts we should just request to adjust the title type. If the titles don't qualify at all please follow our help guides to delete titles.

Cheers!
