Removing my name from production
Hi, How can I get my name removed from a production that I didn't work on? I know the filmmaker and he accidentally added me on this production instead of another upcoming production I contributed to. I asked him to have my name removed and he contacted IMDb but they would not allow him to have my name removed because they said only I could. I then tried to have my name removed but I kept getting denied, stating I needed proof which obviously I wouldn't have since I didn't work on the production. After repeating my request to have my name removed, IMDb divided my name and created a Christopher Gullo (II) for the production in question and made me Christopher Gullo (I). There is no other Christopher Gullo acting or producing. From what I can see you were credited in the production as a mistake, which means that you did receive an on screen credit, in this case the credit will have to remain in your name page.
