Removing an unauthorised credit

I’m an actor and as a favour I helped out with what I understood to be a film project for a school. I asked not to be credited. The filmmaker has credited me anyway and it is now part of my filmography on my page. I want this removed. I have used the edit page form 3 times to no avail, I have emailed IMDB support, who told me it wasn’t their policy to remove credits. How can I remove this credit? Surely as a paid member of IMDbPro I should have control over my own page and the filmography that appears on it.

This is the exact reply I received from IMDb support when I emailed them. Word for word. Am I talking to IMDb bots here? How can I talk to a real person and get this situation sorted?

@jabish- As mentioned in our previous reply, it is our policy not to alter or delete any kind of correct/factual information or credit from our records. We have reviewed the credit and we can confirm that we were able to verify you appeared and are credited on-screen for this title. Therefore, it won't be removed.

I asked to be uncredited for this project. I have been credited against my wishes. Can the filmmaker request for the credit to be removed?

Also I did not state which credit it was. How did you discern what production I was talking about?
