Removing an "as Alan Aldrige" from a profile page due to the misspelling of his last name

The last name of our actor, Alan Aldridge, who played "Demetrius" in our movie, was entered incorrectly as "Aldrige." We have been trying to remove "as Alan Aldrige" from his profile page which also links to his credit on our film profile page, Blood Rush. Alan has not been credited anywhere else, nor has he been credited on screen as "Alan Aldrige" in connection with our film, Blood Rush. We are still in post-production and have not gotten to our onscreen credits yet. Our production Team, my Executive Producers and Alan Aldridge are requesting that imdb please remove the "as Alan Aldrige" from his credit on Blood Rush which will also resolve this on his imdb profile page. We are simply asking that his credit reads with the correct spelling of his name only: Alan Aldridge. I have been tryingto remove this for weeks and also messaging imdb team to no avail.
