Removing a wrongfully created IMDB page
Hello,
I represent a group of journalists who make videos and podcasts related to videogames, mainly on youtube. One of our fans have created an IMDB-page for us without our knowledge, and have wrongfully added a lot of famous actors as actors on many of our videos (without them having anything to do with us). At this point, since the damage is so vast, it's probably best to remove the whole IMDB page. We don't need it, at all, and have no interest in having one. Is there any way to actually do this?
I hope that anyone here have a good guess about what to do, or who to talk to, because we're at a loss here.
Thanks!
Frida

They likely will not remove the page for a legitimately released webseries but I agree the pages are a mess due to someone giving uncredited acting credits to the people who do voices in the video games that appear which was not worth doing at all. The page needs scrubbing of all these uncredited voice credits.

Are ”basic” gaming streams (where a person(s) is just playing video games and commenting over them) accepted? Where does IMDb draw the line?

Certainly in these, only the people talking should be added (with ”voice” attribute) - if they’re accepted in the first place. They’re using games/material that is already ”released” somewhere (the actual video games, that is).

I believe you should be more specific about the streams in question. If you can’t/want for some reason, you could also use IMDb Help Desk: https://help.imdb.com/contact
