Removing a writer credit

Ref #260409-124900-432000

The screenplay was altered so substantially that the writer of the play sued. As a result, we have removed all of her influence from the movie and she required us to remove her as a credited writer.  Could someone approve this, please?

@Maya  Thank you, It's already been rejected once, but I've included a screenshot from the director saying it has to be removed.  I was hoping that you could approve it.

Ref #260410-131749-169000 We were sued by the writer of the original play because we changed the story too much, and we have to remove her name from our credits. This has been rejected twice already, I have the proof from the director.  Could someone please approve it? Hello darylhrdlicka

If the person is credited in the official onscreen credits when the movie was released we are not able to remove the credit. So the best evidence to remove the credit will be the onscreen ending credits showing this person was not involved in the credits, you are free to re submit anytime.

@Fran The movie link is at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ht8He9lMBa4 . The credits start at 59 minutes in. As you can see, she is not listed.
