Removing a Trailer from a TV Series Page

Our Documentary Series is Four Died Trying https://www.imdb.com/title/tt12588420/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0_tt_8_nm_0_q_four%2520died

I just added the correct trailer called "Trailer." An earlier version, called "Official Trailer" was uploaded by mistake and we would like to remove it. I have Scorecard, but I don't see a way to remove videos, it just allows me at add videos.

I have another question and am hoping you can provide guidance... this week we changed the project title from documentary film to documentary TV series. It had been listed incorrectly. Our TV series premiered last week on Nov. 23, 2023. Now our star ratings are all gone! Will we be able to get them back? When making the change, we didn't see any warning about losing stars. Now we are down to 1 star from a reviewer criticizing AppleTV, not even commenting on our episode at all. It's very frustrating. When you google our title, this 1 star rating is first to come up. Please advise.

Hi @802_2018 -

Just to clarify, you cannot delete Videos directly from the Scorecard interface, however, if you can manage your uploaded Videos on the Your Videos page, where you can edit and delete directly.  Since this Video trailer was not uploaded from your account I have gone ahead and removed it for you.

Concerning the title page, in order to qualify as a series there need to be multiple episodes, you will need to add the episodes through our online form, including the respective information and credits. For more details on how to add episodes you can review our Help Guide.  Otherwise, if only one title exists at the moment, then it needs to be listed as a standalone title.
