I have tried several times to remove a producer from a couple of projects. However, after several days, it has been unsuccessful. It is almost to the point that I will have to delete the projects and reinstate them.

Firstly, I can confirm that your secondary attempts to remove these credits were declined as duplicates, as your initial contribution had not yet been processed before your re-submission. Furthermore, your initial attempts to remove this information were declined as our processing team were unable to verify the reason for removal. However, I have now removed these credits for you as I couldn't verify that the individual had completed the credited work, and therefore the credits are ineligible if not factually accurate.
For future reference, please do not attempt to remove full title pages, as these are likely to be declined if only to remove particular information from the page. We also recommend providing as much supporting information as possible to support your contributions.
