Removing a credit

My name is Suzanne C. Swindle & I am a Script Supervisor who has also occasionally worked in the Camera Dept. I have never worked as an Assistant Director nor as a 2nd Unit Director, yet IMDB has a credit for me as such. I've tried to remove it, but IMDB keeps it on my page. Can someone please take that credit off my page? Thank you!

There's actually several submissions due to the number of episodes I'm credited as an AD for even though I never held that position. Here's one: 251029-201914-858000 That entire series should be removed from my page for the AD credit. I did work the show as Script Supervisor.
