Lisa: First of all, is your "real" profile the one at https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0043491/ for Lisa Michelle Axelrod (I)?
Second, regarding the other profile that you want removed at https://www.imdb.com/name/nm15926980/ under the name Lisa Michelle Axelrod (II), the only information on that page is that the person appeared in four episodes of "Nameless" (2012) in the role of El Ischa. Was that actually you, or does that have nothing to do with you?
If you were the person who played El Ischa in "Nameless", then the two pages should presumably be merged.
If you were not the person who played that role, then the person who played El Ischa was presumably someone with the same name, in which case that page should remain in place since she would deserve to maintain her credit on IMDb on her own name page.
If I have misunderstood the situation, please provide full details.
