Hi @caseysbell -

Our aim is to be the most complete and reliable source of movie, TV, and entertainment information on the web. In order to continue offering our users an accurate and trustworthy service, it is our policy not to alter or delete any kind of correct/factual information from our records.

Therefore, if the credit listed for the title is factual, it cannot/should not be removed.

If they want to be removed from an image, however, you can select the option and request the removal.

Image edit option

I hope this helps!

All of the still frame screen caps (and usually all of photographs from out-of-movie events) that appear in the gallery section of an IMDb name page are considered public information; and if they weren't explicitly placed there as featured images (via a page claim) and have not been the subject of sound complaints of copyright violation, then they won't be eligible for removal. I mean, there would have to be some kind of reliable indicator that a photograph from a non-public event is of such a highly personal nature that any one of the people pictured (any owner of an article of property pictured) has an incontrovertible right to demand that publication be revoked. So as to avoid the Streisand effect, it is best that the tools in the IMDb image navigation interface be used to flag inappropriate images, and if the submissions corresponding are declined, then an inquiry posted through https://help.imdb.com/contact.
