Remove alternative (as "name") credit in profile and movie credits

My name was misspelled on IMDB's "Captain Fantastic" page, so my profile page was misspelled, too. I merged my name, Erin Motley, with the incorrect listing (Erin Morley). Now my credits show up as Erin Motley (as Erin Morley). Is it possible to delete the alternative name everywhere? I opted not to preserve the previous name when I made the initial edit. My name was spelled correctly in the credits--as shown below, and it's only one film, so is it possible to delete the false "alternative" (as Erin Morley)?
