removal of a false credit

Someone recently, without my knowledge, posted me as having an uncredited role as a Mentor in the film BACK IN ACTION released in early 2025.  I tried to get it removed using the edit function in imdb for the film.  I identified my imdbPro membership so that the reviewers would know it was actually me.  In the explanation I stated that I never auditioned for or was hired for the film and did not appear in it.  I also noted the titles of the only projects that I was in while I was in Los Angeles.  My explanation was rejected.  They want more proof but I have no idea what I could do to convince them I was not in the film.  Any help along these lines would be appreciated as I want this false credit removed from my filmography.
