Released TV Series cannot be rated

Hi, could a member of staff take a look at this issue for me as I can't see what is causing the problem? There is a problem with the IMDb page for a TV Series that I submitted to IMDb as an in-development title "Special Ops: Crime Squad UK"

The debut episode of this documentary TV Series was broadcast on Sunday, 13th February 2022. All of the data that I have submitted for this title has been approved and appears on the site - but for some reason the TV Series cannot be rated as the rating feature does not appear on the title page.

The Production/Development Status for the title changed to completed when I submitted that change, the episodes I have submitted and their release dates have been accepted, the Release date on the title page updated to February 13, 2022 (United Kingdom) when the first episode was accepted and the Production/Development Status changed to released on the date episode 1 was broadcast. Episode 1 (the only one to have been released so far) can be rated but the series cannot.

I would appreciate it if someone could take a look at this to see what the issue is.
