Release date updete

Hi,

There are a few already released series without a specified release date, and therefore they don't appear as 'released'. For some reason, this is the section I cannot coorect at all - the request (for change)is saved for later, but never submitted. Adding a new release date doesn’t show as an option at all....   Example:

Love me, bite me;

How to snatch a billionaire;

Don't deport my luna;

Mate to the Lycan king,

etc.

How to change the status to 'released' to be able to rate?

Thanks!

Hi @irinasdkh,

You will need to add episodes to these title pages with verified release dates for each of the episodes in order to enable the rating functionality. Please see our Episode and Release dates guidelines for more information.

Cheers!

@Ozzy hi! I'm afraid it doesn't seem to work. Ex:

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt32321831/?ref_=ext_shr

There is an episode from May 10, but it still doesn't appear in released and can't be rated. How can we solve it?

Thanks!

Hi @irinasdkh,

The episode released May 10th can be rated. To rate the title, the parent series page will also need a release date as it is currently lacking this information.

I hope this helps!

@irinasdkh The problem here is that in order for the release date of the first episode to be applied at the series level as @Ozzy recommends above, the episode number must be 1.1 — it seems you added the title of the episode as “1” but it is the episode number field which is used to generate the series release date.  We have added this for you and it should be live within a few hours.

Great, understood.  Thank you both!
