Release Date Deletion.

Hi can someone please help with deleting the release date of a series that is still in production and hasn't been released yet. We followed all of what was recommended when filling out the forum. Yet it gets declined. It shouldn't be this difficult with something so simple. Here are the two reference numbers along with main title they are under. Thank You Anyone!
