Rejection for image tag deletion (Criminal Minds: Exit Wounds)

I submitted this image and tagged it with Karen Strassman and Pete Colburn. The image itself and the tag for Colburn were accepted, but the tag for Strassman was rejected for formatting reasons. How could a tag be improperly formatted?

I've received two more, similar rejections. The images were accepted but one of the names was rejected for "formatting."
