Rejected trivia contribution

I'm at a loss how this one could possibly not meet your criteria for trivia. Everything in it is based on legal fact. Why was this specifically rejected? This contribution seems to be what IMDb trivia is very much meant for. Thank you.

TRIVIA ADDITION

Buck is guilty of several serious felonies. When he forces Bug into the trunk of his car and drives him somewhere against his will. This fits the definition of kidnapping (unlawful confinement and movement of a person). At minimum, it's false imprisonment (holding someone without consent).2. AssaultBuck threatens Bug with a power drill and intimidates him.Even if he doesn't physically harm him, threatening violence can qualify as assault.3. Criminal Threats / MenacingThe whole "drill interrogation" scene involves implied harm if Bug doesn't cooperate. That can be charged as making criminal threats or menacing, depending on the state.4. Coercion / IntimidationBuck is essentially forcing Bug to change his behavior (leave Tia alone) through fear. That could be considered coercion.

Hi Cousinvin62-

Thank you for posting the reference! After further review, we can confirm it was declined because it does contain opinions on each of the felonies comitted that you are describing.

You are welcome to make the respective corrections and re-submit.

Cheers!

I hear what you're saying but it's not consistent with the hundreds of IMDb posts that I've read and also contributed, especially what comes to mind is the ones I submit about MASH where it's usually noted of the many military laws that Hawkeye has broken in many episodes. One could say that those are opinions as well. I figured that when one refers to the factual law then there is no opinion.
