Rejected images for 3-2-1 Contact episodes...

I've been able to provide info for three separate episodes of '3-2-1 Contact' for the first season, however despite having screen-grabs from the episodes in question, they've been rejected for a generic "Badly Formatted" title link and name link error that doesn't actually explain what the issue is, or how to fix it. Can someone explain what I'm not doing correctly for the following:

All three have now been rejected twice each. I know the quality of the image isn't the best, but these shows are from the 1980's, so I'm not sure what they're expecting. All it mentions is "Your contribution has been declined.Your data referred to another item which has been declined or deleted, and this means that your data will not appear on the site. If you also submitted the original item and believe that it still warrants inclusion, please review the submission guide and resubmit." Can anyone explain why specifically it keeps getting rejected, or how to get the images included? Thanks!
