Rejected even with proof

I am trying to add myself as an actor for the title No Hard Feelings. I was rejected then added proof by providing a call sheet. The request was then rejected again saying "Your contribution has been declined.We did not capture a specific reason during processing." It barely took 10 minutes before denying my request. Is there something I am doing wrong?
