Rejected Credit

Hey, I have added may credits before but for some reason there is 2 i'm trying to add at the moment that are getting rejected (one of them mine). I have tried to give them additional information about the credit multiple times but still no luck and I keep getting the same robe response. Any ideas how I contact IMDB directly instead of getting the robot answer? Guy

Hi Guy - Your Editor credit has now been approved and should be listed on the title page shortly. However, I was unable to verify the on-screen Editor credit for "Paul Monaghan". If Mr. Monaghan performed the role of "Editor" but his name was not credited on-screen, please re-submit his credit with the "uncredited" attribute and our editors will take another look. Cheers!

Hi michelle, yes my credit made it but the ‘uncredited editor’ did not, how do i add that one ? I also have been trying to add 4 producer credits ( mine included) but they also keep getting rejected, how do i fix them too 😀. Do u need to see a screen grab from the show ? guy

Hi Guy - Regarding the "uncredited" Editor listing, is this for "Paul Monaghan"? Regarding the four Producer credits, yes, posting a screen grab of the on-screen credits will help verify. Can you include those screen grabs here and include the related 18-digit submission reference number?

Hi Guy - Thanks for posting these screen grabs, these credits should have been approved as they are relatively easy to verify. I have now approved the Editor and Producer credits, these should be listed live on the site shortly. Thanks again for your patience!
