Rejected acting contribution

I'm attempting to add the first acting credit to my child's page (reference 251126-033252-497000) but it keeps getting rejected, even after submitting call sheet info, contract, pay stub, script, etc. Since this is our first time adding a credit, I'm not sure what else I need to be doing to provide proof. Thanks!

Hi leofin,

Thank you for your problem report.

I can see that your contribution was declined because it has been submitted to the series' parent page, and not the individual episodes which your child worked on/appeared in, as per our Episodic credit policy.

Please re-submit the credit to the relevant episodes, and you should face no issues in having the credit approved.

Thanks for your response! When I go to select episodes, the only option that appears is S1.E11, which is not accurate. There are no other episodes to choose from, just that one.

He was in the following 7 episodes: 3, 27, 55, 56, 57, 58, and 59. Is there a way to get the credit approved without having to choose just that one inaccurate episode? I see that some other cast members in the production don't have an episode next to their credit (but three cast members do, and it's that S1.E11 episode). Thanks again!

I figured out how to add more episodes to a production! I will then link them to the actor. Thanks again!
