Regarding Copyright Infringed Plot Outline

I noticed that the first guideline for creating a plot outline is to include your own original text. Therefore, I have requested to switch out an infringed plot outline for One Piece Episode 1164 multiple times. (Contribution tracking number is #260610-120828-155000). Every time I had submitted it, it gets flagged with a very vague "Does not meet contribution guidelines" message. If a member could clarify if I'm missing something or doing anything wrong that would be greatly appreciated.
