Refusal to delete incorrect info

I've tried 3 times to delete incorrect info listed under my name for a production I've never worked on called "Actor's Day in L.A.," which has me listed as an actress. My requests are repeatedly denied, which is frustrating coming from a site that supposedly values accuracy.  I'm not an actress, and I've never appeared on any reality television show, so if they have images of me they are being listed without my permission.  I've never heard of this reality television show until I happened to log on to IMDB and look up my name. Evidently this production covered the Robey Theatre Festival in 2014 -- I have done work as a graphic designer for the Robey in the past, but I've never done anything with "Actor's Day in L.A."  How can I get this incorrect acting credit removed?
