Reflecting second and third prize awards

Our 9-year old festival gives awards for the first, second, and third best films. However, this doesn't seem to appear in the IMDB options---only the top winner. It seems the seond and third winners are listed as nominees. But we do have other nominees and we want to elevate the status of the second and third prize winners that they are more than nominees, but trophy winners and holders as well. Do we create a "2nd Best" and "3rd Best" film as seperatre categories, then indicate as 'winner'?
