Recent Profile Picture For Celebrities

Hello, my question is: Can You Use A More Recent Profile Picture For Celebrities ?? Everyday; I look at the Birthdays, and notice some of them; their profile picture is when they were very young. It would be better to have a more recent profile picture. Thank You !!
