Rating displayed different with unweighted mean

I want to let you know that this title

displays different imdb rating and unweighted mean numbers because in that title between IMDb rating and unweighted mean is very far away, so I find it difficult to distinguish which one is true between the two

, is this correct or what?

And when I look at other titles it displays the same IMDB rating and unweighted numbers for example
