Rating displayed different with unweighted mean

I want to let you know that this title https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13984562/ratings/ displays different imdb rating and unweighted mean numbers because in that title between IMDb rating and unweighted mean is very far away, so I find it difficult to distinguish which one is true between the two , is this correct or what?
