Random person added himself as a director on my film!

I made this film, I am the director. I have no idea who this person is or how he added himself as a director on my film. I requested IMDB remove it through the contribution option, and they denied it! How do I speak to a real customer service person about this? Currently I don't have IMDB PRO. Thank you.
