Racist Depiction of Gone with the Wind

IMDb's depiction of "Gone with the Wind" lists the Black roles in the film as "servants" when they are, in fact, slaves. This should be corrected ASAP.

If you're talking about the character names,

if the film lists the character names onscreen, that should be what IMDb lists.

If the character names are not onscreen (and I'd bet they're not), then those listings are due for an update, and you should submit the changes.

But IMDb might want to see screenshots of the credits either way. Especially since this is a vintage and iconic film.

"Servant" is also used in the plot synopsis and keywords. This could be edited, though I don't necessarily understand why it should.
