Question regarding country of release when online

@Maya​ Thanks for the reply. In that case, can IMDb correct the following information of this page (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9158684/releaseinfo/?ref_=tt_ov_rdat)?

• First release date on March 23, 2018 was in Portugal (the film was uploaded to YouTube from Portugal);
• August 26, 2024 date should be deleted as the first date will render it irrelevant;
• FilmFreeway is also an Internet platform, so the December 12, 2024 should also be deleted.

I've tried making these changes directly but the IMDb moderators never accepted them.

@Fran​ I can't really provide empirical evidence other than my own word regarding the first release, since the YouTube account where the film was first uploaded has since been deleted, as has the Facebook account which first shared the link. You really have to trust my word on this.

However, if I may try to convince you of my proposed changes: the film is Portuguese and was filmed in Portugal, so it was hardly uploaded first in the United States (there's no other film from the director uploaded from or made there). I also wouldn't insist on this question, which is of very low importance, if I wasn't so sure about it. I've been editing on IMDb for so many years now, so it's not like I'm here to sabotage the website (on the contrary, if I'm insisting on such a minuscule detail, it's because I'm really committed to the truth, regardless of its level of importance).

Sorry if this is only rhetoric, but I can't argue in any other way regarding this topic. I hope I've convinced you to make the changes.
